Nolcha Fashion Week returns for third straight year to put talent on the map

Now in it’s third year, Nolcha Fashion Week will take place simultaneously with New York Fashion Week from September 14th – 18th at the iconic Bohemian National Hall in association with Czech Republic Consulate General and Charlotte STYLE takes you there via www.twitter.com/charlottestyle and www.CharlotteStyleMag.com.  The landmark building will house runway shows, accessory exhibits, cocktail parties and fashion business seminars to showcase emerging American and international independent fashion designers.

Nolcha Fashion Week is the award-winning event that has rapidly become a home for emerging fashion talent to exhibit collections and introduce their brand to the New York fashion market.  Designers continue to recognize the growth and opportunity of the Nolcha platform, and this year over 50 apparel and accessory emerging brands will be participating, including Jessica Joyce, MinnaK, Nadia Nour Pizzuto and Siskova.

New to this year’s schedule of events is the Ethical Fashion Preview and Cocktail Party at the Carlton Hotel on Monday, September 14, 2009.  This event will spotlight fashion designers who create collections using environmentally friendly materials and processes, and manufacture their collections respecting fair trade and fair wage principles.
