When you think of Charleston, you think of old Southern Charm. While it is the home of posh shoe store, Bob Ellis and one of the chicest cities to shop for sundresses and straw hats…it appears that the tourist capital and popular weekend getaway is looking to capitalize on their untapped market, the high-fashion (market) that is. We did not know quite what to expect from a city filled with laid back lovers and Laura Ashley toting sorority girls but we were quite pleased with the set-up and the open bar coupled with the conveniently located Starbucks had nothing to do with it.
